Tough Jobs

I watch a lot of “reality” TV. From Survivor to America’s Toughest Jobs to Dirty Jobs to Axemen, I really like those kinds of shows.
America’s Toughest Jobs is a reality competition that takes a bunch of people to different places and puts them to work, from being a rodeo clown to a being a roughneck on an oil rig. The producer of that show, Thom Beers, is also the producer of Axemen, Ice Road Truckers, the Deadliest Catch, Black Gold, and LA Hard Hats (interestingly enough the contestants have worked at some of those same jobs).
Anyway, one tough job I’d like to see him have a show about is cameramen. On a lot of these shows, you have a host who’s out there getting dirty or up there on the skyscraper or in the nuclear plant or whatever, showing you how these jobs get done. But there’s always a cameraman with him. if the host is 150 feet high on a high-tension wire helping them, the camera man is right there with him.
I think it’d be interesting to see how these cameramen do their jobs, kind of a behind the scenes show. They have to be able to keep up with the host, but carry a bunch of equipment as well.
Just an idea…
